The IMBAS Council's new session officially opens. The initial Agenda is focused on basic organizational issues.
As the New Year begins tonight, the second session of the IMBAS Council [Editor's note: Former link is dead] will begin. There are five new Councillors this session, whom were elected earlier in the year to three-year terms by the membership. Among the issues the elected representatives will face in the coming year will be moving the organizational focus from less of a Gaelic one to more of a pan-Celtic one and paving the way for our first International Convention in 1999. Minutes from the session will be posted on this website on a weekly basis.
